Onboarding With Our Father

Good morning and Happy Saturday. As we continue in the Year of Our Father based on Isaiah 64:7-9, Luke 11:2-4 and 1st John 3:1-3 and Onboarding in March based on Deuteronomy 6:5-9, John 10:25-30 and 1st Corinthians 1:18-24 one of the things that I knew when I was growing up was to recognize the voice of my Father, James Wesley. My father worked some crazy hours and was not never at home but when he came home I recognized his voice. Now when I was younger I did not know that he had to work that hard because he had to provide for a mortgage, car notes, electricity, gas, insurance and any other things that we needed to make the life of his family comfortable. I may have known what he did because I did not understand but I saw what he did. As we look at those who are new to the Body of Christ we need to emphasize that God has been part of their lives since day one. They may not have known he has brought them this far but since they are now part of the Body of Christ it is important that the recognize his voice. Onboarding With Our Father.

See a lot of times on of the things that we fail to stress is that God sent his Son Jesus to this world to die, sacrifice his Son, so that the sins of the world could be cleansed. This made Jesus an equal to
God. But the people in the days of Jesus did not want to hear that so they plotted against him. Those new to the Body of Christ need to realize this. Coming from the second base scripture from the month of Onboarding in March, John 10:25-30, this is Onboarding With Our Father.
As we begin this teaching of Onboarding With Our Father I go the the Word of God and John 10:25-26. In these verses Jesus is speaking to the people of his time. Jesus is sent from Our Father but there
are those who did not believe him because they had no connection him. Those new to the Body of Christ must know that there are those who will try to pull you back into the world because they have no connection to God. Onboarding With Our Father.
As we continue in this teaching of Onboarding With Our Father we go back in the Word of God I go to John 10:27-28. In these verses Jesus tell the people that if you are connected to him you know his
voice, have the right to eternal life and never be snatched out of his hand. This is important as when problems and issues creep up in your life, you can discern the voice of God, from the voice of those who have their own personal agenda. Onboarding With Jesus.
As we come to the end of the Biblical portion of this teaching of Onboarding With Our Father we end in John 10:29-30. In these verses Jesus tells the world that not only has the Father given him great
power but that He and God are one. This is very important as there will be some that will try to marginalize who Jesus is and we see that he and God along with the Holy Spirit are one. Onboarding With Our Father.
In closing Onboarding With Our Father seems simple to us that are in the Body of Christ but not to those who are new to this life. That is why we need to talk to them immediately. Buddy up with a new convert to see how they are doing. Call, text, email, but show that you are concerned not about when they are coming to church but how they are coming with their relationship with Christ. Have only that thought process. Our Father will help them and us make the transition easy if the person wants to have a relationship with God. If so it will flow nice and easy. Then sometimes it takes storms for a person to come on board. Let's teach that there is an onboarding process and one of the best things we can do is show them Onboarding With Our Father. I give God all the glory and honor for this teaching. Please join me on Monday for a teaching called Onboarding ( Training Session). Have a great weekend all.
