Whom Do You Seek ( Recruitment Strategy)

Good morning and Happy Tuesday. As I begin this last teaching for the month of Onboarding in March based on Deuteronomy 6:5-9, John 10:25-30 and 1st Corinthians 1:18-24 all jobs have a strategy to find the right candidates for their Onboarding Process. In the global world that we live in the candidates for jobs can come from anywhere. There are several methods to find the best candidates for your positions but one of the better ways, and cheapest, is to have employees recommend others for the position. See employees that have been with the organization a long time know the culture of the company and would more than likely suggest someone that would fit in with the company and with the culture of the company. Many times as men and women of the Body of Christ know people who would be a great fit for the Body of Christ and can help them come Onboard with one question. Whom Do You Seek? ( Recruitment Strategy).
See in the world we live in today men and women in the world are seeking something. Some of them are seeking to peace in the lives of their family. Some people are seeking financial relief. There are
are some that would want a healing of a health issue. And there are others that seek to know how are we so blessed. As men and women of God we need to ask when they are looking for these things, Whom Do You Seek? ( Recruitment Strategy).
In beginning this teaching of Whom Do You Seek I go to the Word of God and John 18:4. In this verse Jesus knew that his time to fulfill his true ministry was at hand and he asked the soldiers who
came to him, Whom Do You Seek? When you have a relationship with Christ you already will know when enemy is coming into your marriages, relationship your homes and be better equipped to weather the storm. Whom Do You Seek? ( Recruitment Strategy).
In going back to the Word of God I go John 18:5-6. In these verses the soldiers said they were looking of Jesus. Jesus said I am He and when he said this the soldiers went back and fell to the
ground. Our testimony to those in the world is that even when your Judas is among those coming to cause havoc in your job, in your church or in your business once Jesus is in your life they fall back and to the ground. Whom Do You Seek? (Recruitment Strategy).
In coming to end of the Biblical portion of this teaching of Whom Do You Seek I go to John 18:7-9. In this passage Jesus asks them again Whom Are You Seeking tell them again I Am He and fulfills
his prophecy of losing none who God has given him. For those who are seeking not to lose their minds, their innocence, their dignity Jesus is most definitely the one Whom You Seek ( Recruitment Strategy).
In conclusion one of the best ways to recruit for the Body of Christ is to let others know that what they are seeking, they can find the answer in Jesus. Family issues. Seek Jesus. Want to have a miracle. Seek Jesus. Can't find a way out. Seek Jesus. When you seek after Jesus of Nazareth, the Son of God, the King of Kings, the one who sits on the right hand of Our Father, all will be well.  When doing our assignment to bring those to the Body of Christ we need to ask, Whom Do You Seek? (Recruitment Strategy). I give God all the honor and glory for this teaching and ask him to bless all those who are may read this. Please go to Rhema Word 2.0 to read  teaching called Never Give Up. Please join me Saturday for a the theme for the month of April. Have a great week.
