Brand new week, Brand new attitude

Good evening and Marvelous Monday. Brand new week. Brand new attitude. The past is the past. The future is unlimited. As we come to the conclusion of the month of Fiscal Year End in June based on Zechariah 1:14-17 and Revelation 1:14-17 although we are on the 181st day of the year 2014 the business world looks at this day totally different. The business world is getting their new product launches together. The business world is getting ready to unveil new ideas and new practices. The business world has new computer programs to show to its customers whether they are external or internal. See in the business world today is like fresh morning dew. Today is like the beginning of something better. Today is no more looking back but looking forward. In the business world today is their new year. We as a people of faith can also look forward to this time as we can adjust our calendars and become more like successful businesses to help change things and advance the Kingdom. Today is Happy Fis

Good morning and Thankful Thursday. As we continue in the month of Fiscal Year End In June based on Zechariah 1:14-17 in the business world in order to be successful there are times when things have be set in order. Most of the times when things are set in order is when the Board Of Directors meet. These directors have a stake in the company and usually have the CEO and the CFO give them reports on how the previous fiscal year went and what plans are going to be set in motion for the new fiscal year. The meetings are normally held in a place that provides a comfort zone for all involved and the agenda of the meeting is most likely not to be changed or deviated in any shape, form or fashion. If the Board does not like the reports given by the CEO and CFO big changes could come about.  I am encouraged that in this Fiscal Year End that the report God has given those who love , honor and obey him, that He Shall Comfort us all,. As we continue in the month of Fiscal Year End in June based on Zechariah 1:14-17 and Revelation 1:13-18 I want to share something that happened to me in the last week. At my job two different people from two different cultures asked me to allow them in part of the building that they had no access to so that would be able to move some things. The streets on the outside of the building was very crowded and being able to move the things they wanted to would be better if they could move them from the inside. So I allowed them access but knew that once allowed they may not be able to get out unless either I came to let them out or they pushed a button to exit. On the button they would push it had underneath that an alarm will sound if they push the button but did not say that they would not exit. As we continue in the month of Fiscal Year End in July based  on Zechariah 1:14-17 and Revelation 1:13-18 I had literally just got a text from someone who is working as a temp. Although out of the work field for a while this person applied at a temp agency and received a position in the field of education. Although this person has dreams of one day working in the medical field, for she has training in that field, she took what was presented to her and ran with it. She could have applied for a full-position but she saw how demanding the boss was and decided to wait until her assignment was over, which was next week, and update her resume and start to look for a job. I pleaded with her to take the first full-time position but she refused. In the text I received just a few minutes ago the school has created a new position just for her. As we continue in the month of Fiscal Year End in June based on Zechariah 1:14-17 and Revelation 1:13-18 at the end of the fiscal year most businesses look at what worked for them and what did not work. If could have been a marketing plan that failed or it could have been a sales technique that made the company money. Most organizations in order to stay in businesses look for ways to tweak what they have and improve upon it. Where I work at as a  security officer they make the number #1 breakfast sandwich in the United States. They could actually just sit back and enjoy their position and do nothing. But they chose to enter into areas where they are not involved in like lunch and dinner to see if they can gain market share. God wants us to reap all the rewards he has for us so we can be an example to others of his great works. The equation for this Fiscal Year End is OMG. Good afternoon and Thankful Thursday everyone. Each month I try to bring a blog that is not dealing with the theme of the month. This month is no different as I bring a teaching that is near and dear to me. Although I could not attend 2nd Mt. Vernon Missionary Baptist Church celebrated their 68th anniversary. One thing about this church was the strength of the men. The picture on the side shows my Dad, and other Deacons of the church at the time. Last month I wrote about Mothers being a community, but this month we celebrate fathers and all the men pictured plus many many more have helped not only raise me but many others as well. These men were Fathering Families. In my community there is a rush to be a father but not a rush to take on the responsibility of being one. There is a penchant to be called not dad, pops or father, but instead baby daddy. At this time in my life I am taking public transportation. In the city of Chicago there are buses and trains that effectively move much of the people to and from. Although sometimes on the bus but more so on the trains you have people who are on their trying to make a dollar. You have one young man who ask for a dollar repeatedly in such a manner no one hardly helps him out. You have the sock man who hopes that you buy some socks to help keep him off your block ( from stealing). But the ones who I abhor ( can't stand) is the ones who attempt to scam people with a game called 3 card monte. Raises, bonuses and even promotion is based what was accomplished during the fiscal year. Some businesses have a way to see what their employees accomplished during the year. The may say that a manager in a group made the group better than before by doing things differently. They may say that a the company outperformed other companies by the work of the company as a whole. They may say that you as individual made such a difference as you brought in many clients and even new procedures that advanced the company. As people of faith God looks at us the same way. The future is unlimited.  We have Moved In January based on Genesis 12:1-3, Ezekiel 37: 10-13 and Matthew 26:52-54 and there were the Notifications in February based on Exodus 7:1-3, 1st Kings 22:19-23 and Luke 10:2-6. We then Marched In based on Joshua 3:7-10 and Mark 11:7-10 and then there was Don't In April based on Judges 16:15-19, Jeremiah 26:12-15 and John 12:9-12 and celebrated Mothers In May based on Genesis 21:14-21, II Kings 4:18-23 and Luke 1:28-33. As we come to the into the month of June in the business world this a significant month. It is the end of the business year. It is there time to look back to see if their business plans have been successful and it is there time to look forward towards the future. So this month is themed the Fiscal Year End In June.
