When Will You Listen.

Good morning and Marvelous Monday. Brand new week Brand new attitude. The past is the past. The future is unlimited. As we continue in the month of Breach of Contract in September based on Deuteronomy 1:32-35, 1st Samuel 13:12-14 and Romans 10:18-21, in the place where I work at we as security officers are more customer service orientated. So the company that I worked  for sent a guy for me to train and during this training I gave him all the things he needed to watch out for and some of the emergency situations that he might encounter. One of the things that I told him was to just chill because he had a easy shift and could basically relax and make some easy money. But he wanted to do it his way. As children of God he speaks to us all the time, but we love to do things our way. When Will You Listen. See the person that they sent me to train, named Aaron, had his own ideas that he wanted to implement on things that he saw was wrong. Aaron found some cages belonging to the client o

Good afternoon and Happy Friday. As we continue in the month of Breach of Contract in September based on Deuteronomy 1:32-35, 1st Samuel 13:12-14 and Romans 10:18, 20-21, each day that I enter my job, I go in knowing the position I have is probably one of the lowest paid positions in the building. But that does not make what I do not important. You see my name has been brought up in meetings about how to treat people right. With some recruiting help from me, the mentor program  where I work at has a record 31 mentors, breaking the mark of 24 set in the spring. And when an applicant came for her interview, when asked why she wants to work here she told the people doing the interview that she wants to be greeted by me when she goes home and that helped her get hired. I could bask in the knowledge and say it was completely me, but that is not true. I Can't Take Credit For That. At times, we as humans forget that all of the things we are able to do is by the work of God. God makes

Being Big Headed ( Will Breach Your Contract)

Good morning and Marvelous Monday. Brand new week Brand new attitude. The past is the past. The future is unlimited. As we continue in the month of Breach of Contract in September based on Deuteronomy 1:32-35, 1st Samuel 13:12-14 and Romans 10:18-21 there was a time in my life where no one could tell me anything. Not my parents or Grandmother. Not my Godparents, who were a Pastor and a First Lady. And certainly not God. See I had came from what I thought was a little and now I was big time. Money, girls and drugs were the only things that I needed. God had blessed me but I was Being Big Headed ( Will Breach Your Contract). Once I was able to afford the things that I wanted I went to purchase them. I bought shoes and jewelry and clothes to match the new me. I did not think about my wife at the time nor my sons as much as I thought the others who supported my lifestyle. I knew God was the head of my life but chose to do things my way and was Being Big Headed ( Will Breach Your Co

Maybe I Should Go About It Another Way.

Good afternoon and Happy Saturday. As we continue in the month of Breach of Contract in September based on Deuteronomy 1:32-35, 1st Samuel 13:12-14 and Romans 10:18, 20-21 each month I do a teaching that deals with a subject that is not dealing with the theme of the month and this is the one for September. One of the things that we used to do when I was younger was go to visit people outside of my neighborhood. One of the people I used to visit was a classmate of mine named Michael Baisden who know is nationally known for his radio show and books he has sold. Well Michael and a few other classmates of mine lived in The London Towne Houses. And what separated my neighborhood from The London Towne Houses was a elevated railroad tracks. Now the safe way for any of us who stayed in my neighborhood, called Over The Tracks, was to cross either viaduct on 100th street and 103rd street. But the quickest but not safest way was to cross over the elevated tracks. We as the Body of Christ have c

Good afternoon and Happy Sunday.Brand new week. Brand new attitude. The past is the past. The future is unlimited.  As we continue  in the month of Breach of Contract in September based on Deuteronomy 1:32-35, 1st Samuel 13:12-14 and Romans 10:18, 20-21 there are many days that I want to do whatever I want to do. I want to sleep until noon everyday. I want to be able to watch sports all day every day. And I want to slap that guy who almost hit me with his car. But that is not what I am supposed to do as I am part of the Body of Christ. It seems more each day instead of doing the will of God we as a people of God want to do Our Will. Seeing how the world lives we all want to do Our Will. It seems that those who do not have a 9 to 5 have more bling and cash than those that do. we have. It seems that those who do unscrupulous  things are getting ahead while we struggle to keep our heads above water. And there are laws that have been enacted that allows people to be whoever they wa

How Could You Do This To Me

Good afternoon and Happy Sunday. As we continue  in the month of Breach of Contract in September based on Deuteronomy 1:32-35, 1st Samuel 13:12-14 and Romans 10:18, 20-21 I remember a time that when I was in a relationship with a woman named Jeannette P. She was as sweet as can be. She brought me to and from work. She at times bought me lunch. We hung out together in downtown Chicago and stayed at some of the finest hotels. One of the things that was an issue  was that she was married and I was living with Tonia P. After a while Tonia P. found out about Jeanette P. and wondered why I was doing this. There are times that even though I have a great relationship God I still find myself Breaching Our Contract by doing things not of him. God is asking me How Could I Do This to Him. You see the things that Tonia P. was doing for me she was not doing for some one else. She had a place where I laid my head. She had it where the bills that I helped paid were manageable. She had my back.

Refusal to Listen to Our Father ( A Breach of Contract).

Good and Turnt Up Tuesday. Brand new week. Brand new attitude. The past is the past. The future is unlimited. As we continue in the Year of Our Father based on Isaiah 64:7-9, Luke 11:2-4 and 1st John 3:1-3 and in the month of Breach of Contract in September based on Deuteronomy 1:32-35, 1st Samuel 13:12-14 and Romans 10:18, 20-21 my Uncle Lee gave me a nickname called Knucklehead. When he nicknamed me that he must have knew that I was going to be a person who would not listen. One of the people that I had trouble listening to my Father. Even though he was a big provider of the household I wanted to do things on my own. When I got older he wanted me to go to church and I did not want to go and refused to listen to him. Many of us are afraid to go places that Our Father has told us to go because of various reasons. We are in Breach of Contract when there is a Refusal to Listen to Our Father. In looking up refusal I go to my source of definitions and that is dictionary.com. The word

And in the last month there was Foreseeability in August based on Daniel 12:1-3, Zechariah 8:7-9 and Revelation 10:9-11. The reasons that I list the previous themes of the months is to show us how far we should have come. Unfortunately ther
