Brand new week, Brand new attitude

Good morning and Sensational Saturday. As we come into the last weekend of the month of I Am Calling You Out in November based on 1st Samuel 13:13-15, Matthew 23:25-30 and Hebrews 2:1-4 as a I got older I once had a bird, a cockatiel, whose name was Goldie. Goldie was a great companion who would speak his name (in the form of a sort of whistle) and we ( the person who I lived with) would allow him to roam and fly as free as we did. As I have told this story before there was a sadness when Goldie died. The person whom I lived with and myself did not know that Goldie was not only like family but he had brought us closer together. You see we had been together so long that our feelings for each other had gotten jaded and we had forgotten what had made our relationship strong. Most of the time when gold gets to us, the consumers, it has gone through a process to become what we as consumers like to see. One of the processes of raw gold becoming the gold we see in the stores in that it must be refined by fire. The test in the fires allows those who process gold the chance to make sure they only have pure gold with the finished product. We as people of faith also are precious in the sight of God. He has created us in his image, he has allowed to prosper and he has paved the way for us to have life forever. Sometimes our lives takes a path that we have no way of knowing when God has started you on that path. I can believe my path started when I was laid off of my job in early 2011. Although most people would have been sad I was rather happy that I would not have to travel to some of the places that the company had me going to and the layoff was going to be good for me. Once approved for the unemployment benefits it was just the matter of me waiting for the pay to begin. But my faith was beginning to be tested and I was on my path of being a Person of Interest. As we continue in the month of I Am Calling You Out In November based on 1st Samuel 13:13-15, Matthew 23:25-30 and Hebrews 2:1-4 back when I was younger there were a group of teens that I hung out with at the church I attended. We came from the best families in the church and we knew that almost anything we asked our parents for we would get. There were a few teens in our church that did not have the things that we did. Their parents or parent may not have the resources our parents had and we would tease them because of that. We knew that God blesses us better than them because our parents paid more tithes, had the best positions in the church and had the prime positions in every position in the church. God blessed us more so we are definitely going to heaven. We did not know at the time that we were acting Holier Than Thou ( Jesus is Calling You Out). Many of the people of God today have gotten to that place in their salvation that we forgot that

It may be at the places where you are employed that has mentoring programs for youth that you are involved in. It may even be that school that you see yourself building that will educate youth from all walks of life to the wonders and continued great works from God. At this time there are some of you that are doing this already and please know that the enemy is not happy. He will do anything to seem that being a educator is not high in the eyes of God. Instead he does not want to see you build he wants you to Get Off That Wall ( The Enemy is Calling You Out).

Once I received the call to go I begin to think about a movie series that was popular when I was growing up called Nightmare on Elm Street. In this horror movie series the character who would be doing the killing called Freddie Kruger, could not kill any one unless they had fallen asleep. As long as the characters in the movie stayed awake there could be no harm done to them. But once there drifted off to sleep Freddie would enter into their dreams and kill them in ways not thought possible. This seems to be happening to the people of faith constantly as it seems that we are asleep and God is not pleased. We are in the Nightmare on Elm Street ( Your Kingdom is Being Taken Away). There is so much happening in their everyday life as school, personal agendas as well as social media shapes a lot of what they see, do and hear. The lifestyle that is portrayed as being lavish and can be achieved without a high school diploma is mostly in the drug life. Being in this type of life there are many risks such having to have watch not only your enemies or people you trust from doing you any harm. I want to make a difference as the Word of God says I should. On this day I Am Calling Out for a Healing from those involved in the drug life and culture. There is tendency

As we begin the this major holiday month I want to go back over themes we have had.We have Moved In January, Notifications in February  We then Marched  and then there was Don't In April  and celebrated Mothers In May. There was Fiscal Year End in June and Going Global in July. I have taught on being Visually Impaired in August and we have had Favor in September. Then we closed last month with the teachings on I'm About That Life. In Illinois and all across America there are elections for public officials. These  elections set the stage for how the country is governed. But to most people it does not mean much them and they will not vote but instead complain about how things are so messed up. We as a people of faith also complain about how things are so messed up but take little to no action. This month I Am Calling You Out. We as a people of fait
