Good afternoon and Happy Friday. As we continue you in the Year of Our Father based on Isaiah 64:7-9, Luke 11:2-4 and 1st John 3:1-3 Many of us are coming into that land of worry. See once the holidays season is in full effect some of us begin to fret over what to do. We wonder how can we buy gifts for our love ones and still be able to pay rent. We wonder how we can afford to invite family over to our house when there is a pending foreclosure. We get depressed as our health will not allow us to celebrate like we used to. And if it is not any of those things it is something else. But please know that no matter what is going on, Our Father Has Got This.
One of the best tricks that the enemy has is to try to shake your faith. When he is able to do that he is then able to shape any situation to make it seem like it is the worse thing ever. Once he has done this
then other things come such as doubt, insecurity and sense of lack of everything. But when you are in a relationship with God all that stuff does not even come into effect as Our Father Has Got This.
As we come into the Word of God for this teaching of God Has Got This we go to Exodus 3:7. In this verse Our Father is speaking to Moses who is at Mount Horeb. God tells Moses he sees the issues
that the people of God have been having, hears their tears and knows their sorrows. Our Father wants you all to know that your troubles have been heard and an action plan is beginning. Our Father Has Got This.
As we continue with this teaching of Our Father Has Got This I go to Exodus 3:8. In this verse Our Father begins the action plan by delivering the people of God to a much better place that is good.
overflowing and all obstacles have been removed. See God is ready to begin his action plans in our lives and remove any enemies that want to get in our way. Our Father Has Got This.
As we come to the end of the Biblical portion of this teaching of Our Father Has Got This I go to Exodus 3:9-10. In these verses God is now going to take the oppression from the people and have
Moses go to Pharoah and bring his people out of captivity. I cannot begin to compare to Moses but I do know that your oppressors shall not have power over you and God is delivering you from them, right now. Our Father Has Got This.
In conclusion whatever you may have thought was insurmountable, Our Father Has Got This. Whenever you are in a lack of anything and everything, Our Father Has Got This. The health issues that you cannot seem to be healed from, Our Father Has Got This. You are coming into a better place, you are released from your oppressors and you are blessed because you have a relationship with him. Our Father Has Got This. Good morning and Happy Monday. Brand new week. Brand new attitude. The past is the past. The future is unlimited. This past month I was riding with my friend Angela Francis. On this particular day she had to go get her hair done and her friend Roxanne' shop. I had done this numerous times in the past so when I was getting ready to leave I told Angela I was going to the forest preserve to sit and wait as she got her hair done. At the forest preserve I would be able to do two things while I was there. I would be able to think of ideas for my blog, my radio show and my daily postings on Facebook. When you attempt to write you sometimes get writer's block and need to get to a different atmosphere ( Hmmm Writer's Block may be a blog soon LOL ). The other reason I wanted to go to the forest preserve is because it was hot that day and I needed some shade. So as I approached the forest preserve I put on my left turn signal and waited for traffic coming southbound to clear. After

Maybe not myself because I had a self confidence problem, but everywhere you went there was someone taking pictures. In grammar school we took pictures every week. In high school we took them every year. At church we took pictures. In the club we took pictures as a group to show we all went to a party. Most of the pictures we took were with a Polaroid camera which had great quality then. But if you wanted the best pictures you wanted the photographer to take your pictures. This was one of the coolest professions back then because all the ladies who wanted to be models or actresses had to go to the photographer to get that photo to take to the different agencies to show how they look. Good morning and Happy Friday. The summer is now beginning and the weather is now reaching its highest temperatures. It has reached a high point of 90's so far in the Chicagoland area and it appears to be nothing in sight to relieve us of these conditions that are almost drought like. As the summer gets ready to start in earnest next week we anticipate the warmest temps of the year after a winter that saw a little snow but the hawk, ( that's what we call the wind in the CHI ) was in full effect. But the sun has been out daily and we need a little moisture in our lives. We expect things to get wet in order for us to not only cool off but to wash away some things and bring a freshness of new things in our lives. The hotness of the weather coincides with the hotness in our lives. We need things to cool off a little bit but need some things to come down so we can enjoy the things in our lives that is promised to us as Christians. We are faithful and trusting in his Word.
