Hearsay (No Evidence of That)

Good morning and Marvelous Monday. Brand new week. Brand new attitude. The past is the past. The future is unlimited. As we continue in the month of Renew In February based on Psalms 51:10-13, Isaiah 40:28-31 and Ephesians 4:20-24 each month I do one teaching that is different from the theme of the month.  It was slow this Saturday so I decided to watch one of my favorite shows that I had not seen in a long time called the First  48. This show deals with homicide investigations from the time it is first called in to sometimes a subsequent arrest. In watching this show there are many elements in play such as police work, witnesses being sought and finally suspects being brought in for questioning. Many of the so called witnesses are telling things of what they heard some one else but not seen for themselves.  When this happens and there is no other evidence proving otherwise the suspect is set free. We as a  people of God are saying we are doing the work of the Lord but most times it's just Hearsay. No Evidence of That.
As I begin this teaching I want to define the key word in this teaching and that is hearsay. I go to my source of definitions and that is dictionary.com. The word hearsay means as follows; unverified,
unofficial information and not part of direct knowledge. We as people of God  say we our hearts are with God but it seems to be unverified. We as the people of God say we have the mind to go spread the Word of God it seems to be unofficial information. And we say that our bodies of Christ are doing the work of the Lord but there is no direct knowledge of that. Hearsay. No Evidence of That.
As we get in the Word of God for the teaching of No Evidence of That I begin in 1st Samuel 16:6-7. In these verses Samuel is looking for the replacement for Saul as instructed to him by God. He sees

the outward appearance but God looks at the heart. We as a people of God get so caught up in ours or others outward appearance our works become unverified. Hearsay. No Evidence of That.
As I continue to with this teaching of No Evidence of That I go back to the Word of God and to John 18:15-18. In these verses it tells of how Peter had the mind to deny that he knew Christ even after
being a witness to all the things that Jesus had done. We as the people of God continue to deny the existence of Christ in our entire lives and we then become unofficial information by denying him total access. Hearsay. No Evidence of That.
In coming to end of the Biblical portion of this teaching of No Evidence of That I go to Revelations 2:4-5. In these verses Jesus is talking to the church of Ephesus about how they have forgotten their

works. It seems that the body of Christ is doing is everything but saving the lost souls of the world as we seem to have no part of knowledge on how to do this.Hearsay. No Evidence of That.
In closing I have to look at my own heart to see that although I am teaching the Word of God thru this blog where is my heart to teach those who live across the street from me, Although my mind is on doing the work of the Lord daily and be an example at times in my relationships I have caused chaos and confusion. Although I am part of a body of Christ what I am actually doing to help them save more souls. I am part of the unverified information. I am am part of the unofficial information. I am part of the no knowledge of. I am Hearsay. No Evidence of That. And when it is time to go to heaven I will be denied entry because I was not convicted here on earth. I give God all the glory and honor for this teaching. Please join me Saturday for a teaching called Renewed Day by Day. Have a great week all.
