Good morning and Happy Friday all. As we continue in the month of Boom In December based on Deuteronomy 17:19-20, Habakkuk 2:3 and John 10:9-10 I had not been to visit my parents in quite a while. I used to make the trip often when I was a child/teen but as I got older I did not want to make the trip south. When I was traveling down as a child there was always a point of where we had to stop to get gas so we could finish the journey. The place where we stopped was Cairo Illinois and we got gas and kept it moving. So the last time I went was for a family reunion and when we finally stopped the fueling station was not in Cairo. It was a place called Boom Land. This stopping point had everything a but specialized in having a great if not the largest assortment of fireworks around. As we move towards the end of this month and this year God will open up so land for us so plentiful that we will have only one phrase to say; Boom!!! There is Our Land.
As I often do I seek a definition to help with the writing of this blog. The word land is what I am going to define. The word land means as follows; any part of the surface of earth not covered by water; an area of
with reference to its composition; and area with specific boundaries. As we as people move forward God has given us any part of the earth not covered by water. We know the composition of an area is ours as well. And we know that there are times when we may have to enter areas with specific boundaries. Based on the 1st base scriptures, Deuteronomy 17:19-20 and preceding ( 14-18 ) as well. BOOM! There is Our Land.
In looking at the first example of Boom There is Our Land we go to the Word of God and start in verses 14-16. God tells his people that you will not only possess this rich fertile land but he will establish you as a
kingdom on every place of the earth not covered by water but it must someone who knows God and will not become greedy for himself or take the people back into bondage. The land is already ours we just must follow his instructions. Boom. There is Our Land.
In looking at the second example of Boom There is Our Land I go to verses 17-18. In this passage there is more instructions to follow. We as kings and queens have to serve the people and share in the riches of God.
We must also have for ourselves a copy of the laws that God wants us to follow rather in our Bibles our in our hearts. This will be helpful when going that area reference by composition of sinners and non-believers. Boom! There is Our Land.
In looking at last example of Boom! Its Our Land I go to the Word of God and verses 19-20 which are the base verses. In this passage it tells us as the people of God and royalty that we must continue to read the
Word of God but follow all of the statutes as well and continue looking straight ahead so that our kingdom stays established and also teach our children so that there is no areas established by boundaries we cannot go. Boom! There is Our Land.
In closing there are so many places that we can expand our kingdom. It could be in any area that we see a need for God to come and change the atmosphere. In could be in arts and entertainment where a Boom could cause movie executives on taking a chance with your script. It could be a Boom in government as you could run and win that public office. It could be a Boom in social media as your internet show could reach millions and have you turning away sponsors. It could be a Boom in religion as your church with no walls could become a foundation for other ministries. It could be a Boom in education as you quit your job and go back to school to pursue what is your dream. It could be a Boom in business as your plan finally has retailers and merchants coming to see how you did it. And it could be a Boom in family as we all attempt to love family members near and far and who may have done us wrong but they still need our love. Over all the surfaces of the earth, in areas referenced by composition and areas established by boundaries there is nothing that is holding us back. Boom! There is Our Land.
