Tearing Down The Walls ( Starting A New Trend )

Good morning and Happy Monday. Brand new week. Brand new attitude. The past is the past. The future is unlimited. As we continue in the month of Trending Now in November based on Genesis 45:3-8, Isaiah 563:10-14 and 1st John 2:1-5 I can remember when there were a bunch of housing projects in the city of Chicago. These projects were home to many families and basically these families stayed there for generation after generation. The rent was not that high and every one knew everybody. But the people who lived there did not know that the land that they lived on was some of the best land in the city because most of them were near the downtown area and closer to the jobs of those who worked downtown. So the city looked at ways to move out those who stayed in the projects and move in those who could help make the land better. The land of social media can be used for the betterment of the kingdom of God but if we do not use it as such there is a chance for the enemy to come and use it for his purposes.  We have to begin Tearing Down The Walls ( Starting a New Trend ).
In looking at the blog of Tearing Down the Walls I go to dictionary.com and look up the key words in the blog which is tearing and down. The word tearing means as follows; to pull apart by force; to 

divide; and to remove by effort. The word wall means as follows; permanent upright construction; a rampart raised for defensive purposes; intangible barrier. We the people of God may have pull apart by force the upright construction that social media cannot advance the kingdom of God. We the people of God have to divide the rampart raised for defensive purposes and make a move in social media so we can advance the kingdom of God. And finally we can remove by effort any intangible barrier placed by those who do not think it can be done. I am going to use the next three paragraphs to show how God can Tear Down The Walls.

As I begin this teaching I go to the Word of God and begin in Joshua 2:1-6. Joshua sent two men before him to seek out a way to enter into the walled city of Jericho. In the process they met someone who the religious folk would have

 nothing to do with, a whore. But the men knew that in order to pull apart by force a permanent upright construction they had to do something that was different. The had to know that God placed them with Rahab for a reason. There is a reason social media is growing by leaps and bounds and God is in it when we are there to advance the Word of God.  In the next example of Tearing Down The Walls I go the Word of God and continue in Joshua 3:13-15. Joshua has now been visited by an angel who is the commander of the army of the Lord. He then commands that Joshua realize

he is on holy ground. The people of God must realize that what ever God is in it is holy ground. We have to divide the rampart that was made for defensive purposes and make inroads into social media. Tearing Down The Walls ( Starting A New Trend ).

In the last example of Tearing Down The Walls I finish up in Joshua 6:20-27. In this passage the people have listened to all the instructions given to them by God and go about the business of  tearing down the

walls. We can remove by effort any intangible barrier placed by those who do not think it can be done by going into the social media with God on our side. Tearing Down The Walls ( Starting A New Trend ).

In closing I encourage you to start a new trend. Go into the world of social media and podcast you spoken word or Christian comedy. Start a new trend by doing a blog talk radio show featuring talk or songs, it does not matter. Start a new trend by posting positive or faith based messages on Facebook/Twitter/Instagram. We the people of God had to successfully pull apart by force permanent upright constructions that holds us back because of religion. We the people of God must divide the rampart that was made for defensive purposes by the enemy and venture into places we never have before. And we the people of God have to use our best efforts to remove any intangible barrier such as those who think it can be done. Trumpets blew Tearing Down The Walls.
