Good morning and Happy Friday all. As the Thanksgiving Holiday has now passed and the month of Trending Now In November based on Genesis 45:3-8, Isaiah 63:10-14 and 1st John 2:1-5 many of have had to fight numerous battles most of our lives. Some have happened over the course of our lives. Others have happened this year. And then there are some such as me who have almost daily battles. In these battles most of us can handle them ourselves as they are as minor as not having food, shoes having dirt on them or not being able to locate your comb. Then there are some battles that you cannot handle on your own. One of the ways to help in these battles is to have an advocate who will be of great help in any battle. When we first gave our life over to Christ, in church, in your home or in jail we begin to have someone who would be our advocate forever. Not just this month but always we are Trending With an Advocate.
In order to understand what the word advocate means I go to dictionary.com to get the meaning. It means as follows; to speak in favor of; to support by argument; and to recommend publicly. Most of us are wary of
coming into the area of social media but we should not because we have someone to speak in favor of our ideas. We also can begin to reach our goals of spreading the word through social media because we have someone to support are arguments. And finally we can look forward to success because of who will recommend us publicly. We have Jesus as our advocate. This teaching of Trending With a Advocate will come from the last base scriptures of the month, 1st John 2:1-5.
This blog of Trending With a Advocate begins in 1st John 2:1. In this verse we see where John writes that although we all attempt to be holy we all have sinned. But we have someone who goes to God on our behalf
and will speak in our favor. Many of you have a great vocabulary and have a strong testimony but are afraid to do it in public. Through a website you would be able to do that. Trending With a Advocate.
Continuing in Trending With a Advocate I go to 1st John 2;2-3 and see where he here to heal not only our sins but the entire world as well and we must keep his commandments. We all know Jesus died for our sins
and wants us to go into the entire world and spread the gospel. A podcast or internet radio show is perfect for that. It will be blessed because we have someone who support our goals to bring more people to Christ. Trending With a Advocate.
In looking at 1st John 2:4-5 in Trending With a Advocate we see where there is no room for those who do not have the truth and we are perfected in him when we keep his word. The enemy will try to provide any
excuse for you to not complete your blog or spoken word you placed on Youtube. But we know that we are perfected in him and also have some one who will recommend us publicly. Trending With a Advocate.
In closing we all should be thankful for having Jesus as our personal advocate. For as we go into the world of social media our teachings or encouragement on Facebook will be that much stronger because we know that Jesus is speaking in our favor. As we go into Twitter to share the gospel we know that we have someone who support our arguments that God the Father, Jesus the Son and the Holy Spirit are one. And as we go even into Instagram we know that even with pictures we have someone who will recommend us publicly. May God bless all who read this and I give God all the glory.
