Power In a Healing

Good morning and Sensational Saturday. As we continue in the month of Reflection and Projection in December based on Psalms 121:1-6, Philippians 1:19-23 and 2nd Timothy 4:4-6 there are times as human beings that we do not know our own strength. For example if there is a something heavy that lands on top of any of our loved ones, no matter how heavy, we seem to be able to lift the heavy weight off of them. There are times when they are mental burdens that seem to much to bear but we buckle down and eventually are able to have these burdens removed. In our walk of faith we are called upon to do some things that defy the imagination and even have those who doubt and do not believe take a second look at what has just happened. On of the things that the Lord has provided us when we accept Jesus as his Savior and the Holy Spirit to guide us is power. And with this power we can do many things and one is healing. There is Power In a Healing.
In beginning this teaching I want to define the word power for the purposes of this teaching. The power means as follows, ; legal authority;the ability to do or act;  and a person who exercises
influence.  As a people of God we have the legal authority to heal others. We ability to act and to heal the world. And being a child of God we can exercise our influence and be healers. Based on the second base scripture in the Year of Healing, Matthew 9:6-8, this is a Power In a Healing.
In going to the Word of God for this teaching of Power In a Healing I begin at Matthew 9;6. In this verse Jesus, who has forgiven the sins of this man in verses 1-3 has to prove to others that he has the
legal authority to do more than forgive. Jesus made the man walk again. We as a children of God has this kind of legal power that we can use to heal others. Power In a Healing.
In looking in the Word of God again for the teaching of Power In a Healing I go to Matthew 9:7. In this verse the man has gotten up and went back to his house in a different position than the one he
has when he came to Jesus. As a people of God we have the ability to act to heal the world and all those who need for us to intervene. We have the power. Power In a Healing.
In going to the Word of God one last time for this teaching of Power In a Healing I go to Matthew 9:8. In this passage the people of the world are amaze how Jesus exercised his influence and healed
with so much power. That had never been seen or done in their lifetimes. We as a people of God have the same kind of power people and some have not witnessed it first hand. We must show them it is Power In a Healing.
In closing the power to heal is in each and every one who loves the Lord. Too many times we take our gift for granted and let it go to waste. I try to provide a mental healing each day for others by being encouraging no matter what the odds are or seem to be. I need to work on my prayer life so I can lay hands on others and heal them of sickness and diseases. I want to be able to use all the power God has given us all. He has given us the legal authority along with the ability to act to exercise our influence over any thing not of him. Power In a Healing. I give God all the glory and honor for this teaching/ And may God bless all those who read this teaching. Please join me next week for a teaching based on the first base scripture of the month, Psalms 121:1-6 called Projection of Where my Help Lies. See you then. I want to wish my sister Angela Michelle a very happy birthday which is on Sunday.
