Turning the World Upside Down ( Projection for 2015)

Good evening and Marvelous Monday. Brand new week. Brand new attitude. The past is the past. The future is unlimited. As we continue in the month of Reflection and Projection in December based on Psalms 121:1-6, Philippians 1:19-23 and 2nd Timothy 4:6-8 we are exactly 10 days away from the beginning of the year 2015. Looking at the end of this year we still have issues such as young people killing young people, the lack of respect of society of others things and property, and there is even the matter of denominations of churches who are not getting along because of different ideals and beliefs. But should we just sit back and let the enemy take over and be in control. I say that we do something about all of this and make a drastic change in the lives of ourselves as well as others. We are God's people which means that we can change things with him in control. I say we Turn the World Upside Down.
In order for the world to change we must do some things differently as a people of God. Yes things such as prayer works and we have the power to heal individuals and groups. But these are times that
need to be a drastic change. as we are losing more and more youth, the disrespect of others has gotten worse and churches are at each others throat. It is time that We Turn the World Upside Down. This teaching will come from Acts 17:5-8.
As I begin this teaching of Turning the World Upside down I begin in Acts 17:5. In this verse after Paul has taught about Jesus in the town of Thessalonica, (Acts 17:1-4), the people are up in arms
about this. The are resistant to this new way of life. We as a people of God as we go into the streets and into different areas to teach the gospel there is going to be resistance but we have to Turn the World Upside Down.
In going to the Word of God again for this teaching of Turning the World Upside Down I go Acts 17:6. In this verse the people drag out Jason and those with Jason out into the street upset about the
teaching of Jesus and take them to the leaders of the town and are accused of "Turning the World Upside Down". For those who don't respect the property or things of others they are not going to want change but it will because God is with us as we are Turning the World Upside Down.
In coming the Biblical conclusion of this teaching of Turning the World Upside Down I go to Acts 17:7-8. In this passage the people have accused Jason and others of teaching of a new king besides
Caesar, and his name is Jesus. This troubled the powers that be. We as a people must have our churches come together so the world can see that is really one name above all, that is Jesus. Turning the World Upside Down.
In closing this teaching we have the power of God on our side. With him there is nothing that is impossible. Yes the youth is not going to want to hear the same message of its going to be okay when they feel they have no way out but violence and drugs. Yes those who take things from others such as cars, phones and even spouses see what they are doing is right. And yes every person or church who claims to have the advancement of the kingdom as their only agenda may be corrupt or crooked. But when you Turn things Upside Down the wicked will not be able to hide (Psalms 146:9) and God will remove them from our midst (2nd Kings 21:13). Let's begin today. Let's Turn the World Upside Down. I give God all the glory for this teaching and ask that he watches over and blesses those who are committed to turning the world upside down. Have a great week. Please join me Saturday for my teaching called Reflection and Projection with Christ.
