Acts in the Wind

Good morning and Happy Thursday. As we continue in the month of Acts Of September based on Acts:1:7-8, 4:29-31 and 28:25-27 and in the Year of  the Wind based on Exodus 14:21 and Acts 2:2-4 we are Champions in all aspects of our lives. Sometimes we have to go through to come out of some things. As we look all throughout the Word of God there are many men and woman that God used to get across a message. Even animals like a donkey has even received a Word from God. He has not forsaken us even now. If you are like me there is still trepidation no matter how far and how often he has brought us thru and out of some difficulties. As I write this blog I have so many things on my mind that it feels like my head could explode at any given moment. Father God I petition you right now as I attempt to teach word that you fill me with the Holy Spirit so that this teaching be what you want it to be. This blog is called Acts in the Wind.
Most times in our lives we are in some kind of act. There are acts of sleeping, acts of kindness and even acts of love. These are daily things for some of us. We act in accordance with the action that is occurring in our

lives at any present moment. One of the most impressive acts that a person can do is act when the wind is blowing against them. It tests your faith in your abilities and your trust in the Holy Spirit. In the next three paragraphs I will use the Word of God to give three examples of Acts In the Wind.

In the first example of Acts in the Wind I go to the Word of God and Acts 4:1-4. In this passage it tells of how despite the healing of the man in the previous chapter that the people on charge were upset at the things
Peter and John were saying. The world wants the status quota to stay the same but you must be bold as Peter was and the Holy Spirit will come in as it tells us in verse 7. When Holy Spirit enters it is possible to Act in the Wind.

In the next example of Acts in the Wind I again go to the Word of God and to Acts 9:10-17 where we see Ananias must do something he thought would never be possible and that was to help Saul who was to come
and destroy any and ever person who was teaching that Jesus is the Messiah. It could have been Ananias life at stake. But he trusted the Word of God and also told Saul that not only will you receive your sight but you shall also receive the Holy Spirit. Acts in the Wind.

In the last example of Acts in the Wind I go to the Word of God and go to Acts 15:1-7 and see that even the followers of Jesus want to put restrictions on who can be saved. This startled Paul and Barnabas as they
knew the Gentiles, those not of Jewish heritage, had also come to believe that Jesus was the Messiah and that they had become filled with the Holy Spirit. Paul and Barnabas showed how to Act in the Wind.
In closing I ask that we are filled with Holy Spirit to change things today. I ask that the Holy Spirit gives us ideas and strategies to come in and change the way the world looks at arts and entertainment, education families, social media, government, religion and business. This can happen when we all act in the way that it does not matter what society thinks we are acting and being led by the Holy Spirit. We are Acting in the Wind with the Wind, that being the Holy Spirit at our backs. May God bless any and all who read this and I give God all the glory for this teaching of his Word. Have a great weekend. Join me Monday for my next blog called Acts of Greed.
