Possible in April

Good morning and Happy Monday. Brand new month. Brand new attitude. The past is the past. The future is unlimited. As this month gets started I look forward to spring season in Chicago. Although it has not fully gotten underway the spring season brings new things. Flowers begin to come into focus. The grass begins to get greener. The trees begin to grow leaves. This season is also full of students who are getting closer to the end of grammar school, high school and college. This season most us are not preparing our bodies for the vacations and family reunions that are coming soon. I myself look at the spring season as a kick start to many things that I have wanted to do but may have had doubts creep into my mind. In this month of April I am going full steam ahead and believing on God to not only allow me to do greater things but to do things that succeed and exceed any and everything  I desire to do. For this reason my theme for this month is Possible in April.
In looking up the word possible I go to my source of definitions and that is dictionary.com. The word possible means as follows; that may or can be, that may or can exist and that may or can happen. This is the
month that things that we thought of can actually be. This is the month that somethings we wanted to exist can come forth. This is the month that we can make our ideas happen. This is the month of Possible in April.
In the next three paragraphs I am going to give three examples of how with God anything is Possible.


In looking in the Word of God I want to begin by going to Genesis 37:9-11. In this passage we see where Joseph has a dream of being even greater than his father Jacob who is a great man himself. But there were
people including his own family that thought he could not do. When God gives us the vision in our dreams there is no need to even question or even allow any one to question the vision God has given you. God will be there and guide you through out your whole journey. Joseph could have kept his dream to himself but it was of God so he had to share it. It is Possible in April.


In looking in the Word of God for my second instance I go to Daniel 10:9-12. In this passage Daniel is also dreaming and hears from God about things he had been concerned about. Daniel kept the faith and was now
able to hear from God directly. Now only was he able to hear from God in this passage we see where God also heard what Daniel was asking for. There are times when we think that God does not hear us and we give up. That should not be. God is always there. We just have to keep the faith. Possible in April.


In looking at my last example in the Word of God I go to Matthew 19:26 which is going to be the base scripture of the month. In the previous versed Jesus talks to a certain rich man and gives him guidance on
how to get to heaven. When his disciples were amazed he then tells what is possible when you have God in your life and that is everything. When we trust in God there is not one thing that we cannot do. Possible in April.
In closing this is the month that we can make that business idea, educational goals and social media changes be. We can have to exist the way we view our family and how we improve religion. We  can make happen things to advance the kingdom of God in government and arts and entertainment. I placed a mirror in this blog so you can look at yourself and say to your reflection that it is Possible in April. On this particular day she had to go get her hair done and her friend Roxanne' shop. I had done this numerous times in the past so when I was getting ready to leave I told Angela I was going to the forest preserve to sit and wait as she got her hair done. Good morning and Happy Monday. Brand new week. Brand new attitude. The past is the past. The future is unlimited. Growing up we used to love to take pictures. Maybe not myself because I had a self confidence problem, but everywhere you went there was someone taking pictures. In grammar school we took pictures every week. In high school we took them every year. At church we took pictures. In the club we took pictures as a group to show we all went to a party. Most of the pictures we took were with a Polaroid camera which had great quality then. But if you wanted the best pictures you wanted the photographer to take your pictures. This was one of the coolest professions back then because all the ladies who wanted to be models or actresses had to go to the photographer to get that photo to take to the different agencies to show how they look. Let The Rain Come Down

Good morning and Happy Friday. The summer is now beginning and the weather is now reaching its highest temperatures. It has reached a high point of 90's so far in the Chicagoland area and it appears to be nothing in sight to relieve us of these conditions that are almost drought like. As the summer gets ready to start in earnest next week we anticipate the warmest temps of the year after a winter that saw a little snow but the hawk, ( that's what we call the wind in the CHI ) was in full effect. But the sun has been out daily and we need a little moisture in our lives. We expect things to get wet in order for us to not only cool off but to wash away some things and bring a freshness of new things in our lives.
