Emlpoyee Development in December (Theme of the month)

Good afternoon and Happy Saturday. Brand new month. Brand new attitude. The past is the past. The future is unlimited. Looking back on this year we began this year by making our lives Drama Free in January and Renewed in February. We began Onboarding in March and in April we petitioned God to Hear Our Prayers. In the month of June we basked in the Evidence of Our Faith and then we began an Integration in July. We also had  Foreseeability in August and Breach of Contract in September. In October we celebrated that we were Champions (Still) and in November we came into realization that we are needed For Such A Time As This. As we close the year out on any job there has to be growth. That is how organizations get bigger and stronger. A key component is the employees that they have. We as the Body of Christ are employed to spread the gospel. We should developing others and also developing ourselves. This month is themed Employee Development in December.
In looking at the meanings of employee and development I go to my source of definitions and that is dictionary.com. The word employee means as follows; a person working for another person or
business for pay. Development means as follows; the process of developing; an advance state or form and a significant event. We as members of the Body of Christ are working for God to develop others to seek him and grow in the Body. Employee Development.
As we go into the Word of God for the first base scripture for Employee Development in December I go to Isaiah 28:9-12. This looks at how the people of God would never want to listen to God and he
is beginning to show them what happens when they do not listen. We as the people of God are employed to further the process of developing the young and the old to be able to listen to what God has to tell them. Employee Development in December.
In going the second and final base scriptures of the month of Employee Development in December I go to 5:12-14. In these verses it speaks to those of us who are in the Body of Christ and seem to be
not doing what good employees are supposed to be doing, working. Our job is to spreading the gospel of Christ in advance state or form to the rest of the world. Employee Development.
To finish off the teaching of the Year of Our Father we will go to the Word of God and to 1st Thessalonians 1:8-10. In these verses it tells of how Paul and others have went out into the world to
to do tell teach and draw others to Christ which is a significant event. Although this is not part of the base scriptures we as the Body of Christ have to be able to change agents and bring others to Christ. Employee Development in December.
In closing we as the Body of Christ are employed by God to develop others and bring the gospel to the world. No job is easy when it is looked at as a just a job. But the pay that God gives us in blessings and great health and healings and favor and mercy and grace and his love should be enough for all us to continue the process of developing, to advance the state of the gospel and to begin to do significant events to tell others about the gospel. Employee Development in December. I give God all the glory and honor for this teaching and ask him to bless each and everyone. Please join me Monday for a teaching called Our Father Will Give You What To Say. Have a great weekend all.
