Good afternoon and Happy Monday. Brand new week. Brand new attitude. The past is the past. The future unlimited. As we begin the last teaching based on the theme the Year of Our Father based on Isaiah 64:7-9, Luke 11:2-4 and 1st John 3:1-3 when a person joins the Armed Services of America, rather male or female they go in with the expectancy of being developed into a trained killer. Now they may come out with different skills such as engineering and ability to fly airplanes and even successful business people but inside of them there is always the killer in them that has been developed. One of the things that happens when you join the Body of Christ you developed to begin to do the same for others. That's our mission despite the other things that we receive or are blessed with. Our Father Needs You To Develop Others.
When I first joined the Body of Christ as a young boy I was just happy to be baptized and in the presence of other believers. But with people such as my Aunt Josephine and others being active in
taking the gospel to the streets, we begin to save souls. I strayed from the Word of God and now am doing my best to tell others and help them become better people in Christ. Our Father Needs You To Develop Others.
As I come into the Word of God for this teaching of Our Father Needs You To Develop Others I go to 1st Thessalonians 1:8. In this verse the leader of the church of Thessalonia has received the Word
of God and with its faith has begun to spread the gospel and places such as Macedonia and Achaia. These were places where the Body of Christ were none existent,. We as the Body of Christ need to come in our communities and develop those who have no idea who Christ is. Our Father Needs You To Develop Others.
In continuing this teaching of Our Father Needs You To Develop Others I go back to the Word of God and 1st Thessalonians 1:9. In this verse we see where there was a shift in the way that the people
turned from idol worship to seeing that real living God. There are so many things that those in the world idolize that they cannot see there is Our Father who is looking to have them be part of the kingdom of God, Our Father Needs You To Develop Others.
As we come into the end of the Biblical portion of this teaching I go to 1st Thessalonians 1:10. In this verse it gives us direction to be patient and wait for the return of Jesus, the Son of God, whom he
raised from the dead and will deliver us from the wrath to come. in beginning to tell others about Christ we must tell that he is coming again one day and being ready should be a great part of our agenda. Our Father Needs You To Develop Others.
In closing I ask that the attitude that God is just doing things for you personally has to be put away. Yes we receive blessings and favor but we should want our neighbors, our friends, our families to be part of what Our Father can give us. I am in my 50's now but have been able to do things such as model, write a book and teach his Word internationally because I am doing the assignment he has give us all and that is developing others. And I could still do better. Our Father Needs You To Develop Others. I give God all the honor and glory for this teaching and ask him to bless each and everyone. On this particular day she had to go get her hair done and her friend Roxanne' shop. I had done this numerous times in the past so when I was getting ready to leave I told Angela I was going to the forest preserve to sit and wait as she got her hair done. At the forest preserve I would be able to do two things while I was there. I would be able to think of ideas for my blog, my radio show and my daily postings on Facebook. When you attempt to write you sometimes get writer's block and need to get to a different atmosphere ( Hmmm Writer's Block may be a blog soon LOL ). The other reason I wanted to go to the forest preserve is because it was hot that day and I needed some shade. So as I approached the forest preserve I put on my left turn signal and waited for traffic coming southbound to clear. After

Maybe not myself because I had a self confidence problem, but everywhere you went there was someone taking pictures. In grammar school we took pictures every week. In high school we took them every year. At church we took pictures. In the club we took pictures as a group to show we all went to a party. Most of the pictures we took were with a Polaroid camera which had great quality then. But if you wanted the best pictures you wanted the photographer to take your pictures. This was one of the coolest professions back then because all the ladies who wanted to be models or actresses had to go to the photographer to get that photo to take to the different agencies to show how they look. Good morning and Happy Friday. The summer is now beginning and the weather is now reaching its highest temperatures. It has reached a high point of 90's so far in the Chicagoland area and it appears to be nothing in sight to relieve us of these conditions that are almost drought like. As the summer gets ready to start in earnest next week we anticipate the warmest temps of the year after a winter that saw a little snow but the hawk, ( that's what we call the wind in the CHI ) was in full effect. But the sun has been out daily and we need a little moisture in our lives. We expect things to get wet in order for us to not only cool off but to wash away some things and bring a freshness of new things in our lives. The hotness of the weather coincides with the hotness in our lives. We need things to cool off a little bit but need some things to come down so we can enjoy the things in our lives that is promised to us as Christians. We are faithful and trusting in his Word.
