Maybe I Should Go About It Another Way.

Good afternoon and Happy Saturday. As we continue in the month of Breach of Contract in September based on Deuteronomy 1:32-35, 1st Samuel 13:12-14 and Romans 10:18, 20-21 each month I do a teaching that deals with a subject that is not dealing with the theme of the month and this is the one for September. One of the things that we used to do when I was younger was go to visit people outside of my neighborhood. One of the people I used to visit was a classmate of mine named Michael Baisden who know is nationally known for his radio show and books he has sold. Well Michael and a few other classmates of mine lived in The London Towne Houses. And what separated my neighborhood from The London Towne Houses was a elevated railroad tracks. Now the safe way for any of us who stayed in my neighborhood, called Over The Tracks, was to cross either viaduct on 100th street and 103rd street. But the quickest but not safest way was to cross over the elevated tracks. We as the Body of Christ have continued to go about spreading the gospel the safe way. Maybe We Should Go About It Another Way.
Being stuck in a religious state of mind will have you doing the same thing over and over. Yes assembling together is needed but what about what happens once we are out in the world. Are we
shoving scriptures down the throats of the unsaved. Are we acting as if we are better than those lowlifes .Are we afraid to talk or socialize with others not associated with Christ. The world is passing us by are we stuck neutral or sometimes going backwards. Maybe We Should Go About It Another Way.
As I go into the Word of God for this teaching of Maybe I Should Go About It Another Way I go to Mark 13:9. In this verse Jesus is telling the disciples that they will have to undergo things that will
shake their faith. Some of us are not willing to do some of the things that this scripture is saying and we play it safe. Although the safe way around was the viaducts if we found a hole on the side that we lived on we began our journey to London Towne. Maybe We Should Go At It Another Way.
In continuing this teaching of Maybe We Should Go About It Another Way I go back to the Word of God and Mark 13:10. In this verse Jesus tells the disciples that the gospel is not just for the members
of the Body of Christ, but for all nations. Too many times we are so religious that we want to keep Jesus to ourselves and it should not be like that. Once we got over the first fence, we had to hope there was a hole somewhere on the other side so we could come out. Maybe We Should Go Another Way.
In coming to the end of the Biblical portion of this teaching of Maybe We Should Go About It Another Way I go to Mark 13:11. In this verse Jesus tells the disciples to not worry or premeditate
your message, allow Holy Spirit to speak for you. Too many times we as the Body of Christ have a preconceived message that we want to bring instead of allowing Holy Spirit to speak through us. See once we did find a hole on the other side we had to hope that the back area of London Towne. which had a fence, had a hole in it as well. Maybe We Should Go About It Another Way.
In conclusion we as the people of God may need to abandon some of the religious principles that are holding us back and do something different. Yes crossing the tracks was dangerous and we should not have done it but with God on our side we always made it to our destination. We do not have to be all sanctified and holier than thou, we have to figure out how to get the message to the masses, especially the youth or will have a lost generation that will not know Christ. Jesus said we will undergo trials but the message must reach all and it shall if Holy Spirit speaks through you. Maybe We Should Go About It Another Way. I want to give God all the glory and honor. Please if you have a chance go to Rhema Word 2.0 for an interview done with one of the Rhema Word 2.0 teachers, Deacon Eddie Anderson. And please join me Monday for a teaching called Wait On God which will be coming from the second base scriptures of the month,1st Samuel 13:12-14. Have a great weekend.
