.No Need To Answer

Good afternoon and Happy Tuesday. Brand new week. Brand new attitude. The past is the past. The future is unlimited As we continue in the month of Corrective Action based on Deuteronomy 8:1-5, 2nd Samuel 16:9-12 and 1st Corinthians 11:23-26 I used to live in apartment complex with my ex- girlfriend Tonia P. Across the street from our apartment stayed a lady that could not stand me and she would show it on her face with her reactions when she saw me. So one day by chance I was sleeping on the couch I heard this woman talking to my neighbor Keith in a loud voice and cussing up a storm. I did not bother to get off the couch because I was so tired but then I heard something that caught my attention as well as Tonia P. This woman was saying my name and calling me every bad name that you can imagine. Tonia P looked at me and wondered what I was going to do. If I known what I did know I would have followed this advice. No Need To Answer.
You see I was probably already a little drunk and a little high for those were the things that I did back then. I loved to get my rest when I could and have just continued to let her go on and on. But Tonia P.
was looking at me and was wondering what her man was going to do. I had to do something. But really I did not. There was No Need To Answer. This teaching will be coming from the 2nd base scripture of the month of Corrective Action in June, 2nd Samuel 16:9-12.
As we go to the Word of God for this teaching of No Need To Answer I go to 2nd Samuel 16:9-10. In these verses Abishi who serves King David is angry at Shimei who has cussed out the king. David is
understandably calmed as he tells Abishai that God may have led Shimei to do so. God may have led to the neighbor to cuss me out to see how my reaction would be. I started down the stairs to confront this lady. No Need To Answer.
In continuing with this teaching of No Need To Answer I go to 2nd Samuel 16:11. In this verse David further explains that if  his own son seeks to take his life how much more would a stranger
dislike you enough to cuss you out. This woman could have been giving me a wake up call but I took it personally and had to let her know how I felt. And I opened up the door that led outside to say my peace. No Need To Answer.
As I look at 2nd Samuel 6:12 for this teaching of No Need To Answer we see where David not only accepts the cussing out but looks to God to repay him for allowing Shimei to cuss him out and not
doing anything. As I went outside to confront the woman I let her have it and cussed her out big time and Tonia P. let her have it as well. But that was it. None of us were blessed or received any favor from God because it was not of God. No Need To Answer.
In closing if you read 2nd Samuel 19:18-23 you see where Shimei apologizes to King David, who despite pleas from Abishi to kill him, spares Shimei life. You see we as the people of God do not have to continue to fall into the cycle of if he/she cusses me out then I will cuss them back. That ain't of God. That's not Christ like. That's not the Holy Spirit. That's all you and that will put you out of the grace, mercy and goodness of God. God has a PURPOSE for everything. Let God handle it. No Need To Answer. I give God all the glory and honor for this teaching and continue to ask him to bless everyone. Please join me for my next teaching later on this week called You Can't Always Get What You Want. Please go to Rhema Word 2.0 for a teaching called I Though I Was Until..... Enjoy the rest of your week.
