Good morning and Finally Friday. As we come into the final teaching of the month of Renew In February based on Psalms 51:10-13, Isaiah 40:28-31 and Ephesians 4:20-24 if we do know one thing there are things that makes individuals different from others. It may that you are not the same race, creed, belong to the same family, church home and many other things that makes us unique among the masses. So a person who wants to change some things in their lives may be different from the things that I want to change or someone else would. Some people love to go to gym to get fit and trim and even here some chose a trainer and others do not. Some people chose to run daily to get them ready for the day or healthier. Still others eat fruits and vegetables only as a way for them to feel better about themselves while others can not do without meat. As a people of Christ we need to find a way for ourselves as individuals to get closer to Christ. This can be done with a Personal Renewal. As we ...

Good morning and Marvelous Monday. As we continue in the month of Renew In February based on Psalms 51:10-13, Isaiah 40:28-31 and Ephesians 4:20-24 I work as a security officers most times and as a doorman others. In each field the work seems to be similar but they are not. Each takes a character of its own when doing them. In watching a building as a security officer I am making sure that any dangers, present and unforeseen, are taken care in the quickest time possible. I am also concerned with any and all packages that are coming and leaving the building. As a doorman I have to be sure that I recognize and address each resident properly and am responsible of each package coming into the building. The knowledge base is different and when I am doing the work of a doorman I must renew my knowledge. There are times we as a people of God including myself must be Renewed in Knowledge. Good afternoon and Happy Saturday. As we continue in this month of Renew in February based on Psalms 51:10-13, Isaiah 40:28-31 and Ephesians 4:20-24 when I first gave my life to Christ it was one of the greatest moments of my life. I felt good when I was baptized in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost. I was an avid Bible reader and knew many scriptures by heart. I loved the stories of conquerors like Samson, David and Paul. I could go to church from 11 am all the to 7 pm if we had programs. There was nothing but happiness in my life as even in my times away from church Jesus was ever present in my life. I wanted to become a preacher and deliver the Word of God to his sheep and be an leader. I could not fathom nothing different and I sought God to see if I could be called one day. But all that went away as soon I hit puberty. I was lustful and soon forgot about God. I did not know it at the time but I would need a Renewed Mind. See in my puberty years there were so ...

This is a tough assignment because there are some things that would seem normal to others to do I cannot do. When you teach the Word of God there are people looking at you wanting to see how you are living so they can judge you. There are those in the world waiting to catch you doing something so they can use that as an excuse to stay in the world. Lately I have had let habit come back in my life and that is cursing. Some of us woke up today still wondering how we are going to pay the mortgage or the rent as our jobs have been lost and there are no more funds left in our unemployment accounts. There are single Mothers who are at wits end because of unfulfilled promises by fathers that has left the Mothers daily looking for answers as their children refuse to listen to them. There are marriages and relationships that are daily in need of repair as what was once  love has turned into mistrust, disgust and distrust daily. It has gotten to the point that when some of us when we wake up daily we know that it is going to be a bad day. But I am here today that if you are connected to Jesus he will Renew Day by Day. As we continue in the month of Renew In February based on Psalms 51:10-13, Isaiah 40:28-31 and Ephesians 4:20-24 each month I do one teaching that is different from the theme of the month.  It was slow this Saturday so I decided to watch one of my favorite shows that I had not seen in a long time called the First  48. This show deals with homicide investigations from the time it is first called in to sometimes a subsequent arrest. In watching this show there are many elements in play such as police work, witnesses being sought and finally suspects being brought in for questioning. Many of the so called witnesses are telling things of what they heard some one else but not seen for themselves.  When this happens and there is no other evidence proving otherwise the suspect is set free. We as a  people of God are saying we are doing the work of the Lord...

Good evening and Happy Friday. As we continue in the month of Renew In February based on Psalms 51:10-13, Isaiah 40:28-31 and Ephesians 4:20-24 I currently work as licensed Security Officer in the state of Illinois. Once I am licensed in the state, I can apply for any position that covers the specs of my license. Now I cannot take this licensing for granted because the state of Illinois has inspectors that come out to businesses to check to see of you are licensed to do security or other professions such as barbers and beauticians. So every three years I have to reapply for my license to work here in the state of Illinois. As  person whose assignment it is to teach the Word of God sometimes I fall short of doing the right thing. I try not to use foul language but at times I have, I try not to lust but a times I do. I try not to be like I used to but at times I am. I am going to need something to get me back on track. I need to be Renewed In the Holy Spirit. There are many of ...

As we continue you in the Year of Our Father based on Isaiah 64:7-9, Luke 11:2-4 and 1st John 3;1-3 and the month of Renew In February based on Psalms 51:10-13, Isaiah 40:28-31 and Ephesians 4:20-24 the latter part of the year and the beginning of this year was kind of tough. There was a person at my job who had gotten transferred due to an ongoing job issue and when she left there was a void at my job. This void was filled by myself and one other person taking on extra shifts and sometimes working double shifts. With my second job included I everyday for 8 straight weeks. I worked on my birthday, on Christmas Day, on New Year's Eve, which I did a 16 hour shift and then came back 8 hours later to work New Years Day. I am extremely tired but know that Our Father Renews Our Strength. You see I still was in school doing some of this time and also doing what he has...
