Good morning and Happy Friday all. As the Thanksgiving Holiday has now passed and the month of Trending Now In November based on Genesis 45:3-8, Isaiah 63:10-14 and 1st John 2:1-5 many of have had to fight numerous battles most of our lives. Some have happened over the course of our lives. Others have happened this year. And then there are some such as me who have almost daily battles. In these battles most of us can handle them ourselves as they are as minor as not having food, shoes having dirt on them or not being able to locate your comb. Then there are some battles that you cannot handle on your own. One of the ways to help in these battles is to have an advocate who will be of great help in any battle. When we first gave our life over to Christ, in church, in your home or in jail we begin to have someone who would be our advocate forever. In business most times to be successful you have forecast demand in a ever changing world. You want to have the best product out there but  will there be a public to receive or even want what you have to offer. So you have to act on what things that are not seen. In the business world that is called uncertainty. There are those that are reading this blog and want to advance the kingdom of God in many ways but are dealing with uncertainty. Some of them were good and some of them were bad. The good ones you have a great memories of because most times the end of the movies started a new trend. At the end of the movie the Color Purple there were to two sisters who are playing a game with their hands. In the movie Scarface their Tony Montana saying "say hello to my little friend. In the movie Gone With the Wind their Scarlett O'hara saying her prayer to God at the end of the movie. Most of the times the trends may have been words, sometimes action or sometimes even comedy routines but the thing they all have in common that it was at the end. I want to tell you somethings about myself. Born in the early 1960's I was a great student in grammar school as well and could recite the names of the books of the Bible as a child. As a teenager I became a rebellious child as I changed friends, got addicted to marijuana, alcohol and cigarettes and fell in love. In my 20's-30's graduated to better drugs, got married had two sons and divorced. In my 40's stopped doing drugs, alcohol, and cigarettes and found out that God still loves me and had a assignment for me still and that was to teach his Word and as I get ready to turn 51 I embrace my assignment. And as much as I try to make her see my point I never succeed because her views on things are different than mine. It is part of being individuals. Often times our attitudes and actions are shaped about what others say about us or the experiences that we have had with others. As we continue in the month of Trending Now in November based on Genesis 45:3-8, Isaiah 563:10-14 and 1st John 2:1-5 I can remember when there were a bunch of housing projects in the city of Chicago. These projects were home to many families and basically these families stayed there for generation after generation. The rent was not that high and every one knew everybody. But the people who lived there did not know that the land that they lived on was some of the best land in the city because most of them were near the downtown area and closer to the jobs of those who worked downtown. So the city looked at ways to move out those who stayed in the projects and move in those who could help make the land better. As we continue in the month of Trending Now in November based on Genesis 45:3-8 Isaiah 63:10-14 and 1st John 2:1-5 I see where my life has gone from good to bad to worse to much better just in this year alone. For the typical believer of God there is a lot of pain and struggles that you endure everyday. But as a teacher of the Word of God the attacks come often and more often. Each day I struggle with when do I stop the vignettes of teaching on Facebook because at times it is hard for me to have fresh ideas each day. And then I have school and my class now is more demanding as I am doing the same work I did when I made the dean's list but my grades in this class is not bad but not where I want them. I still miss my parents as they live far away in the southern parts of the United States. Then I realize that I am not only doing very well but looking at myself I think I am Trending Up In A World That Is Down. Yes we have had a crisis all over Americ...

As we move deeper into the Year of the Wind based on Exodus 14:21 and Acts 2:2-4 and begin the month of Trending Now in November based on Genesis 45:3-8, Isaiah 63:10-14 and 1st John 2:1-5 there is a changing season that is coming in Chicago. At the time I am writing this not only there going to be a time difference that we have to adjust too, ( Fall Back ) in the city of  Chicago there is also a weather change that is coming. It is already beginning to get cold so most of us that have been living here for a while have begun a common trend of bringing out our winter clothes before it gets bitter cold. It gets really cold so we cannot live like those in the warmer climates are doing we have change everything we are going to do because the winds that blow now are colder and will do damage to your body, mind and soul.
